Victoria joined CAFB in 2021 to help fight food insecurity on a large level as the Produce Operations Administrator for the Farm to Family team. Her educational background includes Business Administration and Agricultural Economics. Victoria grew up in the city and saw the impact that food deserts and food insecurity had on communities. The lack of access to fresh, affordable produce prompted her interest in food security and food justice.
Prior to joining CAFB, Victoria worked in customer service and did some urban farm projects throughout the Bay Area. During the past couple of years she has had a more hands-on part in providing food for the community by farming.
Her favorite food? Almost anything with pasta!
