Rachael joined CAFB in 2020 to support member, donor, and public communications, with five years of experience in communications roles. Previously, she worked at Recology as a Waste Educator in San Francisco, where she conducted outreach and education surrounding environmental justice, and focused on helping the SF Unified School District achieve district-wide, city-wide, and statewide waste reduction goals.

她拥有学士学位 优等生 from the University of Michigan in Environmental Studies with a focus in Sustainable Food Systems, and a minor in Creative Writing. She has gone bungee jumping at 4 out of the top 10 bungee jumps in the world, and her goal is to reach all 10.
