Liz Kroboth joined CAFB in 2024 to expand the organization’s research and evaluation efforts. She is passionate about food justice and believes everyone should have access to healthy and culturally appropriate foods. Liz’s prior work experience includes facilitating a statewide network of clinics caring for formerly incarcerated patients, managing training programs for aspiring HIV researchers, and researching the health impacts of police violence and criminal legal system involvement. Liz has a Master of Public Health from San Francisco State University.
Liz once cycled across the entire state of Ohio from Cincinnati to Cleveland.
Her favorite food? Ramen, and almost anything flavored with soy sauce.
