Elegibilidad de CalFresh para inmigrantes

Who qualifies?

Legal permanent residents, “qualified” immigrants, victims of trafficking, and U visa applicants and holders may be eligible for CalFresh. Visit La guía de beneficios alimentarios de California for more information on which immigrant groups can qualify.

Even if a household has members who cannot get CalFresh, it is possible that others may qualify.

The income guidelines chart does not apply to households with mixed immigration status. This calculator can help.
